I've been a customer for 16 years and have bought 2 Mazda's from Koeppel. Sales department was easy to work with and transparent regarding the pricing and sale (Saiful was my salesperson and he is awesome!). This service department is exceptional - appointments are easy to make, service is prompt and staff is helpful and courteous. A special shout out to Cassandra at Koeppel, who always makes my experience a pleasant one! Service facility is clean and comfortable, which is an added bonus!
